Fill the pot with water, put it on fire and wait for it to boil. Next, place the apple slices in boiling water and cook them for 5 minutes.

We remove the apples from the water and put them in a colander. Add sugar to the resulting broth and cook until thickened over low heat. Add apple slices to the finished syrup and cook them until they become soft and transparent. During cooking, apples must be constantly stirred and the resulting foam must be removed. Pour the finished jam into a sterilized container, close it with lids and store it in a cool place.

You can also make an equally tasty jam from dried apples. To make the taste of apple dessert brighter and more intense, you can add fresh fruits and assorted dried fruits to it.

Required Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of dried apples;

Preparation:

  • 1 kg of apples;
  • 200 g of walnuts;
  • 600 g sugar;
  • 2 bay leaves;
  • 100 g of water;
  • 1 lemon.

Preparation:

Wash the apples, remove the peel and core. Cut the peeled fruits into medium-sized slices. Remove the peel from the lemon and squeeze the juice. Pour water and lemon juice into the multicooker bowl, add sugar and zest. We mix all the components thoroughly, turn on the multicooker and cook for 1 hour in the "Jam" mode.
