- round hamburger bun;
- 100 g minced beef;
- one egg;
- one tomato;
- one pickled cucumber;
- one pack of processed cheese for hamburgers (like Hochland cheese);
- a few lettuce leaves;
- onion;
- 20 g mayonnaise;
- ground black pepper;
- a quarter teaspoon of turmeric;
- a quarter teaspoon of paprika.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the raw egg, crush it into a shallow bowl. Mix the minced meat with the egg, sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Stir the minced meat thoroughly and form into a flat cake that is the size of a hamburger bun.
Step 2
Preheat a skillet and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Place the minced meat cakes in the skillet and press down with a spatula for a more flattened shape. When the bottom of the cake has a golden brown crust, turn it over to the other side. Also press with a spatula and hold for a while, until the bottom is browned. Based on the thickness of the resulting cutlet, it is enough to fry on each side for three minutes. When the minced meat is ready, transfer it to a plate and place in a warm place (cover the plate with a bowl and a towel on top).
Step 3
Start making the sauce. Place the mayonnaise in a saucer or small cup, add the paprika, lemon juice and turmeric, and stir the ingredients thoroughly. Cut a hamburger bun in half and brush the surface of each half with the resulting sauce. Leave for a while, allowing the sauce to partially absorb.
Step 4
Cut the tomato and cucumber into thin slices. Cut the lettuce into a couple of slices that correspond to the size of the hamburger bun. Peel the onion, cut the onion into thin translucent rings.
Step 5
Collect the Big Tasty burger in the following sequence:
- the bottom of the roll;
- cutlet;
- square of cheese;
- a circle of tomato, slices of cucumber and onion;
- chopped lettuce;
- cheese and the top of the roll.
