Instructions

Step 1

Read the list of required foods carefully. It is maximally adapted for the average Russian refrigerator. A special sauce is added to the real American Big Mac, which is difficult to find in Russian latitudes, namely, it gives the bun bought at McDonald's an original taste. You make "Big Mac a la Rus", so you have the right to make the sauce in Russian, but as close as possible to the source. Otherwise, it is better not to replace the necessary ingredients with anything, because otherwise you will get any yummy at the exit, but it will not be "Big Mac".

Knead the ground beef and season with salt and pepper to taste. You don't need to add anything other than salt and pepper. Form a thick sausage out of it with a diameter equal to the diameter of a sesame bun, wrap the sausage in foil and place in the freezer. When the minced meat is frozen enough, take it out and cut into equal thin (0.8 cm) circles. Grill the patties or fry them without adding oil!

If there is no time for freezing, then form the cutlets right away, just do not violate the standards - they should not exceed 0.5 cm in thickness, put a press on the lid of the pan during frying.

One Big Mac requires two cutlets weighing 50 grams.

Prepare the sauce. If you have the opportunity, use Miracle Whip in it - something like American mayonnaise. But in the absence of such, take the usual Russian mayonnaise. You can find French salad dressing in supermarkets, so it's best not to replace it. In a blender, combine mayonnaise, French dressing, vinegar, chopped pickles (gherkins ideally), sugar, pepper, salt and dried onions into a homogeneous mass. Refrigerate the sauce.

Chop onions and scald with boiling water.

Cut the sesame seed bun lengthwise into three parts. Fry in a skillet without oil - medium on both sides, top and bottom on the cut side.

Assemble your Big Mac in this order:
