Step 1

Dried mushrooms usually become dusty during storage, so rinse them thoroughly in warm water first. Then soak the mushrooms in cold water. Small mushrooms and mushrooms cut into small pieces should be soaked for 2-3 hours, large mushrooms for 6-8 hours.
