The easiest option is to dry the mushrooms outdoors. To do this, it must be hot and sunny outside, the rain will spoil the mushrooms. Spread the food out on a clean cloth, which should be spread on a dry, level surface. Mushrooms should not block each other from fresh air; arrange each part separately from the other.

You can string mushrooms on thick enough threads and hang these beads in a hot but shady place. The balcony of a city apartment is also suitable. If the weather is not suitable for drying thick, wet autumn mushrooms, use artificial heat.

Step 7
