Scald, peel the almonds and fry them in a skillet.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator. This should be done in advance so that it softens. Add condensed milk and vanilla sugar to the butter. Whisk everything well with a whisk or spoon.

Then add half (100 g) coconut to the mixture and beat well again until a fluffy elastic mass is obtained.

Rafaello sweets will be softer if you add crushed waffles to the cream instead of coconut flakes. For this, use leaf waffles or plain vanilla wafer rolls.

Put the cream in the refrigerator for 8 hours (to speed up the process, you can send the cream for candy to the freezer for an hour) until it hardens.

When the cream hardens, shape it into small balls (about the size of a walnut). To do this, take the cream with a teaspoon or two, press in the fried almonds and give the candy a round shape.

Then roll the Raphael into the remaining coconut flakes. Place on a platter or box and store in the refrigerator until serving.

Sort out, rinse dried apricots and soak them in warm boiled water for an hour and a half. Then discard the dried apricots in a colander. When the water drains, let the dried apricots dry and cut them into small cubes.
