Rafaello sweets leave few people indifferent, because they amaze a sweet tooth with their delightfully delicate taste. I propose to cook this delicacy at home. Of course, the taste will be slightly different from the purchased chocolates, but it will still be amazing!
It is necessary
- - condensed milk - 380 g;
- - coconut flakes - 250 g;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - almonds - 30 pcs.;
- - vanillin - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the coconut flakes into a separate, fairly deep bowl. Don't forget to leave a small portion of the coconut to sprinkle on future chocolates.
Step 2
After melting the butter in a water bath, add to the coconut flakes along with the vanilla. Mix everything properly.
Step 3
Add condensed milk to the resulting mass. Just before you do this, let the condensed milk warm to room temperature. Mix everything as it should. You should end up with a fairly thick mixture. Cover it with plastic or cling film and place in the refrigerator for at least 7 hours. It is most convenient to leave the mixture overnight.
Step 4
If you bought unpeeled almonds, peel them. To do this, pour boiling water over the stone fruits for 3-5 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove them from the water. After this procedure, the skin is removed quite easily.
Step 5
Next, place the almonds in a clean, dry skillet and place on the stove for about 3 minutes. Thus, it will dry out.
Step 6
Pinch off a small piece from the cooled coconut mixture and form into a tortilla. Then place the dried almonds in the center. Wrap it up carefully. You should end up with a fairly even coconut ball. Make the rest of the Rafaello candies in the same way. You should have 30 of them.
Step 7
Thoroughly roll the resulting balls in the previously left coconut flakes, then place them in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. Homemade Rafaello sweets are ready!
