Step 1
Take a piece of meat, rinse it thoroughly under running water, spread mustard on both sides, put it in a saucepan and leave for two hours. After this procedure, the meat can be cooked.
Step 2
There is another way: pour the washed piece of meat with red wine, add various spices, for example, thyme or rosemary. Leave it on for about one hour. Such meat is perfect for frying.
Step 3
You can also prepare a strong saline solution. After that, soak the washed meat in the prepared solution for two hours. Rinse again under cold running water. And after that it is ready to cook.
Step 4
Put the washed meat in a saucepan and cover with pomegranate juice. Leave it on for one hour. The juice from the meat can be left for the marinade.
Step 5
To eliminate the odor, you can also use this method: in a weak solution of potassium permanganate, the meat must be soaked for about three hours. Then rinse thoroughly under cold running water and you can start cooking.
Step 6
Rub the washed piece of meat thoroughly with a lot of sugar, then rub it with salt, leave to lie down in a saucepan for a while. Rinse the meat section under cold water.
Step 7
Prepare a decoction of chamomile, cool it. Pour the well-washed meat with chamomile broth, add a little sugar and leave in a saucepan for twenty minutes. Rinse in salted water before cooking.
