It would seem that there is nothing easier than boiling an egg, but this simple matter has its own tricks.
Each housewife faced the problem of cleaning a boiled egg, oddly enough, sometimes they are cleaned without problems, and from time to time you have to throw away a good half of the egg with the shell.
If you bought an egg in a store and, having come home, boiled it, and they do not clean well, then this means that you have purchased a fresh product, although this rarely happens. More often, such a problem arises if you bought an egg on the market from private owners or farmers, since in this case the product reaches the consumer much faster and retains its fresh condition.
The egg is divided into categories, from 0 to 7 days it is dietary, from 7 days to a month canteen (as we usually get from store shelves).
If you need to boil an egg for a salad, then it is better to take a product older than 7 days, then there will be no problems with cleaning, but if there is only a fresh egg in the house, then there are at least two ways to make it easier for yourself.
The first way
Pour water into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil, gently use a spoon to lower the eggs into a container of boiling water and add a tablespoon of salt, after cooking, transfer to a ladle of cold water. The water can be changed several times, after which it can be safely cleaned, the shell will easily come off, and the result will please you.
Second way
This method requires a lot of skills, but once you master it, you will always use it. Put a container with water to boil, then wash the eggs thoroughly, and then make a neat puncture at the blunt end with a needle, awl or the tip of a sharp knife so as not to break the protective film. Then put it in boiling water, water gets through the hole between the shell and the film, which helps to get rid of the shell quickly and easily. Of course, as in the first case, after readiness, the egg must be cooled in cold water.
Using one method or another, it will not be difficult for you to peel an egg without problems and delight yourself with a beautiful dish.
