This unusual method of cooking eggs is based on the fact that the yolk is heavier and denser than the protein. When a raw egg spins, the yolk is attracted to its walls through centrifugal force, and the white is collected in the center.
It is necessary
- a raw egg;
- roll of scotch tape;
- a pair of nylon tights;
- boiling water;
- container with ice;
- pocket flashlight.
Instructions
Step 1
Shine a flashlight on a raw egg. It should glow from the inside. Remember the color of the egg, you will need it later.
Step 2
Cover the egg completely with clear tape.
Step 3
Put an egg covered with tape in nylon tights and tie on both sides.
Step 4
Now start rolling the egg, holding the pantyhose on both sides with both hands. You need to twist for several minutes.
Step 5
Now take the flashlight again and shine on the egg. On light, it should be much darker than the first time. This means that the egg is already ready for boiling and the protein has completely moved to the center.
Step 6
Remove the egg from the pantyhose, but do not remove the tape. Place it in boiling water that you have prepared beforehand.
Step 7
Boil the egg for a few minutes until cooked through, and then immediately place it in a container with ice.
Step 8
When the egg has cooled, peel it. It should turn out so that there is white inside the yolk. Sometimes it turns out that the egg is completely yellow. This means that you did not twist it well enough and the squirrel did not have time to completely move to the center.
