Festive version of the cake with cottage cheese

Children especially love this option. Although other dishes with cottage cheese are often not at all in their preferences, and the notorious cottage cheese casserole, which is imposed on kids in the kindergarten, many remember for a long time with disgust. The ideal way to overcome this attitude towards cottage cheese is Lakomka.

To prepare original cakes you will need:

For the test:

- 250 g of cottage cheese;

- 2 eggs;

- 10 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar;

- 15 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;

- 100 g margarine;

- 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda.

For the cream:

- 200 g of butter;

- 100 ml of milk;

- 200 g of cottage cheese;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cocoa powder;

- 5 g vanillin;

- 10 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

How to make a sunny dessert

Let the margarine melt a little, grind it with sugar in a deep bowl. Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder, transfer it to a bowl, add eggs and granulated sugar, soda (previously quenched with vinegar) there. Beat the mass with a mixer to get a smooth homogeneous mass, into which you need to pour flour. Do this carefully, stirring constantly, in order to avoid the formation of unappetizing lumps.

Divide the resulting dough into 4 lobes, roll each as thinly as possible. Bake each cake in the oven, the procedure lasts 15 minutes for one plate of dough. Set the temperature in the oven to 170 ° C.

While the flour preparations are being prepared, there is time to do the filling. Beat the previously softened butter with a mixer until fluffy. Add cottage cheese and vanillin to it, stir again.

It's time to use milk: mix it with sugar and boil for five minutes over low heat. Pour the resulting sweet mix into the ready-made mass, beat again.

The final stage of creating a curd miracle: grease the cakes with a creamy mass, hoist on top of each other. The resulting flaky dessert blank must be sprinkled with crumbs and cocoa powder, cut into neat portions: rectangular or triangular, squares, as you see fit.

Simplified version of "Lakomka"

If this recipe seems complicated to someone, you can use a lightweight analogue, more accessible and faster.

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of cottage cheese;

- 500 g flour;

- 500 g margarine;

- 100 g of raisins;

- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar;

- 1 egg.

Mix margarine with cottage cheese, beat, add flour to the mixture, knead. Roll out the dough into a plate one centimeter thick, cut round billets from it into a glass. Decorate these "koloboks" with a few raisins, bake at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes. That's the whole secret.
