Probably everyone who has visited Thailand has tried this wonderful dessert: a sweet flatbread stuffed with exotic fruits and condensed milk or chocolate … Of course, it is not so easy to repeat them at home, but their taste will be worth your efforts.
It is necessary
- For 12 pieces:
- - 600 g flour / c;
- - 300 ml of water;
- - 100 ml of coconut milk;
- - 0.5 tsp salt;
- - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- - 8 very ripe bananas;
- - 380-400 g of condensed milk;
- - dark chocolate - the amount depends on your taste and desire.
Instructions
Step 1
The dough should be prepared in advance in the evening if you want to feast on pancakes in the morning. To do this, mix flour, water, coconut milk and salt until smooth. In consistency, it will resemble dumplings. We form 12 identical balls from it, put them in a deep container, fill with oil, cover with a lid and leave in the refrigerator until morning.
Step 2
Peel and chop the bananas in the morning. We open a can of condensed milk and put it next to the stove: we will stuff the pancakes right in the pan.
Step 3
Preheat the pan over high heat and sprinkle with salt (you will have to repeat the procedure before each pancake!). We take out the blanks from the refrigerator. Flatten each ball with the palm of your hand, and then stretch it into a cake (do not tear!). We put it in a frying pan, on top - a spoonful of chopped banana and a tablespoon of condensed milk. Gently and quickly fold into an envelope using wooden spatulas. Immediately turn over to the other side and fry for 30 - 40 minutes.
Step 4
When all the pancakes are ready, cut each into 3 - 4 pieces with a very sharp knife. If you wish, you can melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave and pour over the pancakes. Bon Appetit!
