When creating a festive slicing, it is important to remember that fish delicacies should not be combined on the same plate with meat and cheese ones. But cheeses and sausages can be combined. Also, all these products go well with some vegetables and fruits.

Slicing in the form of rolls looks very nice. It is better to make it from balyk, boiled pork, bacon, smoked sausages. All these products are cut into thin long slices, their thickness should be no more than 3-5 mm. For decoration, you will need pitted and pitted olives, thin strips of cucumbers and lettuce leaves.

The salad is placed on a flat, wide plate. Rolls are formed from slices of meat delicacies, an olive or olive, a sprig of herbs and a slice of cucumber are placed inside. If necessary, skewers can be used to secure.

The formed rolls are laid out on a circular plate row by row. Each row is made up of the same type of meat. A small saucer with sauce is placed in the middle - it can be horseradish or mustard. The slices are additionally decorated with sprigs of herbs and olives.

If the hostess wishes and a sufficient amount of time, such meat rolls can still be stuffed with salad. The method of decorating rolls is also suitable for fish cuts.

Canapes - this method of slicing involves almost any combination of products. For canapes, meat delicacies, fish and cheeses of various varieties, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, avocados, olives, kiwi and orange slices, and herbs are used. All components are cut into neat cubes and put on a skewer.

To make the canapes look original, you can use special curly knives. Canapes are placed on lettuce leaves and decorated with herbs.

The cuts, decorated in the form of flowers, look very unusual. They are easy enough to make from thin slices of meat or cheese. To make feces from a flower, the slice must be round. It is rolled up in a cone, a thin strip of cucumber or bell pepper is placed inside - the middle of the flower. The base of the calla is fixed with a skewer.

Roses are best made from meat products, as their slices are more elastic. The middle of the rose is formed from one sausage or meat slice, then it is wrapped in petals, fixed with skewers crosswise. The base of the rose must be trimmed so that it is flat. The petals need to be given a beautiful curve and volume.

You can put such a rose in the microwave for a few minutes, then the sausage around the edges will curl beautifully by itself under the influence of high temperature.

A composition of several cheese and sausage calla lilies or roses, decorated with sprigs of greenery, strips of vegetables, will look great on the table. Thinly sliced slices of cheeses and meats of other varieties are neatly laid out on a plate around the flowers in a semicircle shape, and the edges of the dish are decorated with herbs.

The above methods of cutting will not take much time when preparing a festive table. But guests will be delighted with the beautifully presented and delicious dishes.
