Everyone has long known what cauliflower looks like, but not everyone knows that this cabbage is much richer than its namesake, white cabbage, in terms of protein and vitamin C content. Cooking cauliflower dishes is a pleasure - they turn out delicious, juicy and, moreover, immensely healthy. Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the cabbage well, transfer to a colander and let the water drain. Divide the cauliflower into equal florets and place in a deep microwave-safe dish. Salt the cabbage and pour 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. You can add a little water, the fresher the cabbage, the more juice it contains, and the less water you need to fill.
Step 2
Place the lid on the plate and microwave in the microwave for 10-15 minutes at full power. If there is a lot of cabbage, then, therefore, increase the cooking time.
Step 3
While the cabbage is boiling, rinse the cooked greens thoroughly, chop it finely. Greens can be doused with boiling water, so more essential substances will be released from it, which means its smell will increase.
Step 4
Take out the cabbage cooked in the microwave, sprinkle it with chopped herbs and garlic squeezed with a garlic press on top. Mix everything well. The garnish is ready. Serve cauliflower with meat or fish. Enjoy the flavor and get a vitamin boost.
