- - Tomatoes - 3 kg;
- - Red bell pepper - 5 kg;
- - Garlic - 4-5 heads;
- - Dill - 1 bunch;
- - Cilantro - 1 bunch;
- - Parsley - 1 bunch;

Instructions
Step 1
Peel the bell peppers and chop into several pieces. Remove the husk from the garlic and divide into cloves. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Chop the dill, cilantro and parsley.

Using a meat grinder, twist the bell peppers, tomatoes, and garlic into a large bowl. Mix everything together and cook. Bring to a boil at maximum temperature, stirring constantly.
Step 3
After boiling, reduce the temperature to medium and cook the adjika for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chopped herbs 15 minutes before the end of the time.

Ready hot adjika can be poured into sterilized jars and rolled up for the winter. Or you can let it cool down and put it in the refrigerator. Adjika is served with almost any dish - meat, fish, chicken, flour products and side dishes.
