- smoked meat (carbonade or boiled pork) - 200 gr.,
- ham - 100 gr.

Instructions
Step 1
To prepare a hodgepodge, we need several types of sausage and meat. The first step is to cook the broth. To do this, wash fresh beef well and boil until tender (1-1, 5 hours). Remove the finished meat, separate from the bone and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Peel the onion and chop finely with a sharp knife. Wash the carrots, peel and coarsely grate.
Step 3
Add pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes into the boiling broth.
Step 4
Take hunting sausages, ham, smoked sausage and smoked meat. Cut everything into small strips. Put in a saucepan where the cucumbers are already boiling. Send the chopped boiled beef there. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Open the olives and olives, drain the water. Cut into mugs and place in a saucepan.
Step 6
Preheat a frying pan, add a piece of butter, put onions and carrots. Fry a little and add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste. Fry everything well, stirring occasionally. Send to the pan.
Step 7
10 minutes before cooking, you need to salt. At the same time, do not forget that it is already salted due to all the ingredients. Serve on a plate, garnish with finely chopped herbs and a slice of lemon. Serve sour cream in a separate bowl. BON APPETIT!
