It is much more interesting to make ice cream with your own hands at home, it will turn out to be unusually tender, tasty and exclusively from fresh and natural products. Instructions
Step 1
Pour 200 ml of milk into a saucepan and put on low heat, bring to a boil and turn off. Remove the formed foams and cool at room temperature.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix 3 egg yolks, 150 g sugar and vanilla on the tip of a knife. Beat thoroughly with a mixer until smooth. Without stopping whipping, pour in a thin stream of milk.
Step 3
Put the prepared milk mixture over low heat. In this case, you need to keep stirring with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens. Cool the prepared cream at room temperature, and then send it to the refrigerator.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, beat the cream thoroughly with a mixer. And add to the already cooled cream, mix well.
Step 5
Transfer the prepared mixture to a container, cover with cling film or a lid and put into the freezer. After 2-3 hours, remove the container from the freezer, transfer it to another dish and beat quickly with a mixer, the ice cream should not have time to melt. Put the whipped mass back into the container, cover with a lid and put into the freezer.
Step 6
Repeat the procedure after another 3 hours and put it back in the freezer. After 3 hours, the ice cream will be ready. Using a special ice cream spoon, make balls, arrange in bowls and sprinkle with grated nuts or chocolate.
