Step 1

In order to stew bream with vegetables, take one large carcass, wash, gut, remove the head, tail, gills and fins. Cut into pieces no more than 3 centimeters thick. Season with salt, season with your favorite fish spices and pepper. Pour 150 grams of flour on a flat dish. Heat a skillet with 60 grams of vegetable oil over high heat. Bake the bream with mayonnaise. To do this, select the largest fish, wash it and remove the scales with a special knife. Remove all insides, rinse thoroughly under running cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel and lightly salt on the outside and inside.

Peel three cloves of garlic and place them under the gills and in the mouth of the fish. Cut one large onion into small cubes. Grate 40 grams of hard cheese on a fine grater.
