There are many ways to marinate pork. Everyone chooses to their taste. But there are really good ways to marinate pork, which are simply impossible not to pay attention to. Pork is good for both barbecuing and frying and baking.
Instructions
Step 1
Pork marinated in kefir.
For 1.5 kg of meat: 0.5-0.7 liters of kefir, 2 medium-sized onions, add salt and seasonings to taste.
Cut the meat into pieces of the desired size. Cut the onion into rings and mix with the meat.
Season with salt and seasonings.
Pour kefir over the meat and marinate for 2 to 24 hours.
You can fry in the oven, microwave and, of course, on the grill.
Meat marinated in this way can be given to children. It is extraordinarily tasty and soft.
Step 2
Pork marinated in beer.
For 1.5 kg of meat: 1 liter of light beer, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mustard, two onions, add salt and spices to taste.
Marinate the meat as in the first recipe, but add light beer instead of kefir.
Hold the meat in the marinade for 2 to 24 hours.
You can fry on anything.
The taste is slightly sweet, and the meat is tender.
Step 3
The fastest recipe is vinegar.
For 1.5 kg of meat: 1 tbsp. spoon vinegar essence, 2 medium-sized onions, add salt and seasonings to taste.
Chop pork, salt, pepper and mix with chopped onion rings.
Dilute vinegar in 100 gr. water and pour over the meat.
It is advisable to marinate not for long. The optimal time is from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Brazier is the best way to cook marinated pork in vinegar.
If you keep the meat in the marinade longer, then it will turn out to be tough and not tasty.
It is worth remembering that vinegar has a negative effect on the stomach.
