Pieces of pork on a shashlik (1 kilogram) should be poured with a mixture of water and vinegar (100 ml of water per 100 ml of 9% vinegar). Then put onion rings, salt and seasonings to your taste in the marinade. You can marinate meat in this way from two hours to two days.
Mineral water kebab marinade
For 1 kilogram of pork (preferably a collar), you need to take 400 grams of onion and a liter of mineral water. Cut the onion into half rings and mash in a saucepan with a spoon or crush to give juice. Put pieces of pork on top, sprinkle with spices (cumin, hops-suneli, turmeric) and pour with mineral water, mix everything. Leave in the cold for 3-5 hours, at the end add salt to taste and stir.
