Almost every housewife has butter in the refrigerator. But, if your stocks of oil turned out to be large and the oil you bought is rancid, then do not rush to get upset and immediately part with this seemingly spoiled product - the following simple steps will help you fix rancid oil.
It is necessary
-
- butter;
- water;
- carrot juice;
- salt;
- Antonov apples;
- baking soda;
- bread;
- birch charcoal;
- milk;
- gauze;
- pan;
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the rancid oil several times with plenty of water and salt a little. After that, pour a little natural carrot juice into it and mix the resulting mass thoroughly. Carrot juice will restore the previously lost delicate and delicate taste to the oil.
Step 2
Boil the stale oil in a frying pan several times, after adding the chopped slices of Antonov apples to it. Then strain the hot butter with apple slices through cheesecloth, rinse thoroughly with water and beat while still hot. The recovered oil will be usable again.
Step 3
Rinse the rancid oil with a solution of water and baking soda, using 1 glass of water and 1 teaspoon of baking soda to prepare the solution. After that, the oil must be rinsed well with clean water and a little salt. The oil tastes immediately better and the smell is nicer.
Step 4
Place the rancid butter and a small slice of bread in a skillet and melt the butter with the bread over low heat. The bread will absorb the bitterness and unpleasant smell, and you will be able to enjoy the pleasant and creamy taste of the butter again.
Step 5
Melt the stale butter in a skillet and add 1 teacup of pre-crushed and sifted birch charcoal to it. Leave the resulting mass in a warm place for a day. The next day, melt the resulting oil and birch charcoal mixture again and strain until it cools. After that, the taste of the edible product will return to the oil.
Step 6
Put the rancid butter in fresh milk, mash it thoroughly several times in milk, then rinse in water and salt. Natural fresh milk will dissolve butyric acid, which is found in excess in rancid oil, and removes the bad taste and stale odor from the product. The water, when washing the butter, will remove the milk from it, and the recovered butter will become delicious again.
