To make delicious cottage cheese in a yogurt maker, prepare 1.5 liters of milk, 100 g of cottage cheese, a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Combine milk, fresh cottage cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Pour the mixture into the dripping devices provided in the cups. Select the cottage cheese cooking mode in the yogurt maker, set the cooking time - 12-15 hours. After the product is ready, turn the draining devices so that the curd can drain. For its preparation you will need: 1.5 liters of milk, 1 jar of "Bifivit" sourdough, 2-3 tablespoons of raspberry jam, cherry berries. Wash the pan thoroughly, pour boiling water over it and pour the milk into it. Put it on fire, bring to a boil and simmer for five minutes. Prepare the jars from the yogurt maker: wash and pour over with boiling water.
