Berry drinks are very varied and juicy. They can be both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The recipes for liqueur and pear are very simple and do not contain artificial additives.

- Strawberry Punch:
- -1 l of mineral water
- -200 g sugar
- -1 lemon
- -600 g of strawberries.
- Rowan liqueur:
- -1 kg of mountain ash
- - cherry leaves
- -3 l of water
- -1 kg sugar
- -1 l of vodka
- -2 tbsp. l. citric acid.
Instructions
Step 1
Strawberry punch
Rinse the berries well in a colander, drain off excess water.
Step 2
Put the berries on the bottom of the container, cover with sugar. Put the container with berries and sugar in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 3
After 2 hours, remove everything from the refrigerator, squeeze the juice from the lemon, add to the rest of the ingredients, add water and ice there. Stir everything gently with a wooden spoon, being careful not to damage the berries.
Step 4
Rowan liqueur
Rinse the rowan. Prepare a large saucepan, pour water into it, then add berries and cherry leaves. Bring to a boil, cook for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Put a saucepan in a dark place, leave for 2 days. After this time, strain the solution through cheesecloth or thick cloth.
Step 6
Add sugar to a saucepan, put on fire and boil for a few minutes, then refrigerate.
Step 7
Pour in vodka and add citric acid, stir. The drink is ready!
