  • - red liqueur - 2 tablespoons;
  • - lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • - water - 1 tablespoon;
  • - cream 35% - 200 ml;
  • - dark chocolate - 100 g;
  • - vanilla essence.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix one egg with sugar and beat thoroughly. The rest of the eggs must be broken and the whites must be separated from the yolks. Add 2 yolks and cocoa to the egg-sugar mixture and beat the resulting mass until fluffy. After this procedure, add corn flour and mix everything well.

Step 2

Beat the whites so that a stable foam forms, then combine with the egg-sugar mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Thus, it turned out the dough for the future cake.

Step 3

Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment and place the resulting dough on it. Send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Combine the following ingredients in one bowl: powdered sugar, liqueur, lemon juice and water. Stir until smooth. Put the resulting icing on a baked chocolate cake, cut into pieces.

Step 5

Combine cream with vanilla essence and mix everything thoroughly. Apply the resulting mass to the frozen glaze and put one piece of cake on top of another. The liqueur cake is ready! Optionally, the dessert can be decorated with chocolate.
