Ice cream is considered a high-calorie food and is prohibited in most weight loss diets. However, you can use a simple recipe for making a low-fat cold dessert at home. To prepare diet ice cream, a minimum of ingredients and time are required, and the dish will appeal to both losing weight and non-dieting people.

For making diet ice cream, you can use any yogurt with different flavors (raspberries, peaches, wild berries, and so on), but it is preferable to purchase a natural product with the lowest percentage of fat.

Place yoghurt ice cream in the freezer for 2-3 hours, depending on its characteristics. Stir the dessert periodically (once every half hour).

Over time, arrange the ice cream in the bowls and serve, garnish with berries or sprinkle with cocoa on top.
