This is just a wonderful classic recipe for salmon in garlic sauce. The salmon turns out to be unforgettable and melts in your mouth. Together with a side dish, this dish is able to saturate anyone, giving a good mood for the whole day.
It is necessary
- - pasta - 300 g;
- - cream - 350 g;
- - garlic - 3 cloves;
- - salmon - 400 g;

Instructions
Step 1
Place the pasta in a saucepan, cover with water and boil until half cooked. Then add the seasoning and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix all ingredients well.

If you have a whole fish, and not a prepared fillet, then go fish. Cut off her head, tail, remove entrails, fins, bones, peel off the scales. Rinse the fish well in water and cut into pieces with a sharp knife.

Add butter to a medium saucepan and heat. Saute the fish pieces in this saucepan over low heat until the meat develops a soft pink color. This will take no more than 10 minutes, do not overdo it.

Next, increase the heat and gradually pour in the cream. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer the fish until the sauce has completely boiled away.
