    • 2 tsp Sahara.

Instructions

Step 1

Mexican coffee "De Olla":

This drink got its name thanks to a special Mexican vessel for making coffee - "alla". It resembles a Turk; you can use it as a poet for making De Olla coffee. Fry the grains in a skillet until dark and grind. Pour cold water into a Turk or saucepan, add brown sugar, put a cinnamon stick and cloves. Put on a low heat and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil. Then carefully add the ground coffee and boil the drink for another minute. Remove the coffee from the heat, let it cool slightly, put it back on the stove and bring to a boil. Then turn off the heat, cover the container with the drink and let it brew for five minutes. Then strain the coffee through a fine sieve into mugs or small cups.

Step 2

Mexican coffee with cocoa

Mix cocoa powder with finely ground coffee. Pour water into a Turk, put on fire and boil. Then add the coffee / cocoa powder mixture, stir and bring to a boil again. After that, remove the drink from heat, add cream or condensed milk, stir well and strain through a sieve. It is customary to drink Mexican coffee prepared according to this recipe hot, sugar is served separately.

Step 3

Mexican coffee with ice cream

Lubricate the rims of the glasses with liquor and dip in granulated sugar. You can gently bring the glasses to the fire to melt the sugar. Brew a classic espresso in your coffee machine. Without touching the edges, pour tequila and coffee liqueur into the glasses. Add cinnamon powder to hot espresso, stir and pour into glasses. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the coffee and serve the drink immediately.

Step 4

Instead of espresso in a Mexican coffee with ice cream recipe, you can use black coffee, traditionally brewed. To do this, rinse the coffee maker or Turk with hot water. Pour cold water and bring it to a boil, add 2 teaspoons of ground coffee to 0.2 liters of water and boil again. Then remove from heat, add cinnamon and let the drink brew for five to ten minutes. Then pour into glasses with tequila and coffee liqueur and put a scoop of ice cream.
