At the end of frying, you can add some garlic for flavor. when the potatoes are boiled, you need to drain the water, salt, add butter and crush in mashed potatoes. Rub the cheese on a fine grater and put it on a plate. Put mashed potatoes in a baking dish, then a layer of minced meat, again a layer of mashed potatoes on top.
