Often, culinary creations, especially sweet ones, you want to somehow decorate, add taste to them. In this case, I suggest you make a cream from a simple marshmallow.
It is necessary
- - marshmallows - 2-3 pcs;
- - butter - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the butter out of the refrigerator and set aside. Do not touch it until it softens. Once this happens, divide the oil into 2 equal parts.
Step 2
Divide the marshmallows into halves and place in a cup. In this form, send it to the microwave. He should stay there for 30-40 seconds. This time is enough for the marshmallow to swell and become soft. If you don't have a microwave, you can melt it in a water bath.
Step 3
Beat the swollen marshmallows with a mixer, while do not forget to gradually, in small pieces, add softened butter to it. At this stage of cooking, add only one part of the oil, that is, half.
Step 4
Take a bowl that is larger than the one containing the creamy marshmallow mixture and fill it with cold water. Place the bowl with the mass in a bowl filled with water and continue beating it for another 5 minutes, while adding the rest of the butter. The marshmallow cream is ready! Feel free to serve it to the table with pancakes, cakes and pastries.
