To prepare cucumbers stuffed with meat, you will need:

For 8 fresh cucumbers: 1 glass of broth, 1 glass of sour cream, 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste, 1 tbsp. l. flour, 30 g butter, dill or parsley.

For minced meat: 400 g of meat, 2 onions, 4 tbsp. l. milk, salt to taste.

The preparation of this dish includes several stages. At the initial stage, minced meat is prepared. For this, raw meat, together with onions, is turned in a meat grinder. Then milk is added to it and mixed thoroughly with the addition of salt. Any meat is suitable for minced meat, but it is better to use pork and beef mixed.

Next, large fresh cucumbers are selected and peeled, the ends are cut off on both sides and scalded with salted boiling water. After that, the inner part is removed from the cucumbers along with the seeds and washed thoroughly.

The next step is to fill the cucumbers with minced meat. Place in a cooking pot and pour over broth. Sour cream, tomato paste are also added there and stewed until tender. For pouring, use ordinary salted broth with the addition of various spices.

After that, part of the liquid is poured and flour sauteed. It is then poured back into the pot of stuffed cucumbers and brought to a boil. The dish is ready and can be served, garnished with herbs.
