- 1 kg of meat, any chicken parts;

- 100 g of 9% table vinegar;

- 200 ml of water;

- 500 g of onions;

- 2 tsp salt;

- 1 tsp Sahara;

- 5 peas of allspice and black pepper;

- 5 bay leaves;

- 1 tsp vegetable oil.

Chicken meat must be thoroughly rinsed, removed inedible parts and excess fat, dried and set aside to start preparing the marinade. The first step is to peel the onion. Grate 2-3 onions or chop in a blender until gruel is formed. Cut the rest of the heads into rings of medium thickness. Pepper peas need to be crushed and added to the onion gruel, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and vinegar should also be sent there.

Mix everything thoroughly and pour in water. The marinade is ready. Now the chicken is mixed with the onion, which has been cut into rings, in the pan. Bay leaves are also sent there. Everything is flavored with marinade. You can stir the meat a little with your hands so that all the pieces are saturated with the filling. It is recommended to marinate chicken meat in a cool place for at least 2 hours.

Such a marinade is suitable for those who spontaneously gathered for a barbecue, since long-term soaking of meat is not required.

To prepare the marinade, you will need the following ingredients:

- 1 tbsp. l. mustard;

- 1 tbsp. l. vinegar;

- 1 glass of honey;

- 1 glass of water;

- 10 peas of black pepper;

- 20 grams of hot paprika;

- 50 grams of sweet paprika.

For the preparation of the marinade, it is recommended to take liquid honey. If the product is already sugared, then it must be melted in a water bath.

Pour a glass of honey, a glass of water into a deep saucepan, put mustard, hot and sweet paprika, vinegar. Stir everything well. The marinade is ready. Now you can do two things: immerse the chicken wings in the resulting filling for 30 minutes or more. Or just grate the chicken with marinade and cook a barbecue. It should be borne in mind that the resulting marinade is enough to cook 2-3 kilograms of meat. Chicken in such a hot-sweet sauce will turn out to be very tender and spicy.

But for those people who prefer to cook barbecue from chicken breasts, kefir can be advised as a marinade. This filling makes the meat juicy and tender. In order to marinate 1-1.5 kilograms of chicken breasts, you will need the following ingredients:

- 1 liter of kefir;

- 3 bay leaves;

- 25 grams of salt;

- 5 hot peppercorns;

- 10 peas of allspice.

Pour kefir into the container chosen for the preparation of the marinade, add salt, bay leaf, previously crushed into 2-4 parts. You also need to put hot and allspice there. It is recommended to grind the peas for the best taste and aroma. When all the ingredients are put in one bowl, the marinade needs to be mixed well. Then you can dip the chicken breasts into the filling.

It is advisable to cut the meat into several parts, so it is better saturated. You need to marinate such a kebab for at least 6 hours. The ideal option is to put the meat in the pot overnight and then go outdoors in the morning. With this approach, the chicken breast will simply melt in your mouth after cooking.
