Delicious and healthy shish kebab. An excellent solution for those who are on a diet, but cannot deny themselves the pleasure of eating a barbecue.
It is necessary
- - 2 kg of chicken fillet;
- - 3 pcs. a clove of garlic;
- - 500 ml of kefir;
- - 10 g of sweet paprika;
- - 5 g of salt;
- - 1 PC. egg;
- - 100 g bread crumbs;
- - 5 g of black ground pepper;
- - 40 g of parsley;
- - 40 g of dill;
- - 50 g green onions.
- - 10 g of turmeric.
Instructions
Step 1
Take chicken fillet. The pieces should not be greasy, it is best to take chicken breasts. Rinse in cold water and cut into small, even cubes.
Step 2
Rinse the herbs in cold water, dry and cut with a sharp knife. Place the herbs in a ceramic mortar and heat so that the juice appears and the greens look like green gruel. Let the greens brew for 20-30 minutes and add seasonings to it, mix everything thoroughly and fill with kefir.
Step 3
Put chicken fillet in a mixture of greens and kefir and mix. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, after covering the container with a lid.
Step 4
Take an egg and separate the protein, beat it in a blender until thick foam. Dip the chicken fillet gently into the whipped egg white and roll in breadcrumbs. Place on skewers and grill for 20 minutes. Serve with kefir sauce.
