Vegetable salads are incredibly useful for the human body, they contain a complex of minerals and vitamins that help a person stay healthy and beautiful for many years. Now modern housewives have a wide selection of different types of cabbage - Peking cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and seaweed, but nevertheless, white cabbage salads are still very popular.
Green Pea Cabbage Salad Recipe
This salad is a quick recipe. It fits perfectly into the everyday menu.
We will need:
- 500 g of cabbage;
- 1 carrot, egg;
- 1/2 cup green peas;
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley;
- salt.
Rinse the cabbage, peel the carrots. Chop both ingredients into thin strips. Grind cabbage with salt, add carrots, canned peas, chopped boiled egg, salt, season with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
Cabbage salad with caraway seeds and garlic
Like the previous recipe, this salad is quick to prepare. Due to caraway and garlic, it turns out to be very aromatic.
We will need:
- 400 g of white cabbage;
- 1 carrot;
- 5 cloves of garlic;
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of peas;
- 1/3 teaspoon of caraway seeds;
- black pepper, salt, herbs.
Rinse the cabbage, chop. Peel the carrots, grate, squeeze the garlic to it. Combine cabbage, carrots with garlic, green peas, cumin, pepper. Salt, season with mayonnaise, stir, put in a salad bowl, garnish with herbs.
Horseradish and dill cabbage salad recipe
This salad is much easier, because instead of mayonnaise, it is seasoned with oil and apple juice.
We will need:
- 400 g of cabbage;
- 2 carrots;
- 4 st. tablespoons of vegetable oil and apple juice;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped dill;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of grated horseradish;
- ground black pepper, salt.
Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a large grater, combine with the cabbage, salt, grind. Add dill, horseradish and pepper to taste. Season with vegetable oil and apple juice, put in a salad bowl, a healthy salad is ready.
