A seafood cocktail is a mixture of octopus, squid, mussels, shrimp and many other seafood. Many exotic, healthy and delicious dishes can be prepared with this ingredient.

- For the sauce:
- fat sour cream (at least 25%
- or crème fraiche) 2 tbsp. l.;
- lime juice 2 tbsp. l.;
- olive oil 2 tbsp l.;
- dried tomatoes 1 tsp;
- brown sugar 1 tsp;
- pepper to taste.
- Third recipe:
- seafood cocktail 1 package (1 kg);
- butter for frying 100 g;
- 6 cloves garlic;
- tomato paste 1 tbsp l.;
- chili pepper 1 pc.;
- ground chili 0.5 tsp;
- finely grated lemon zest 2 tsp;
- juice of half a lemon;
- dill
- bunch of parsley;
- cognac.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a heavy-bottomed skillet and heat a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil in it. Cut the garlic into petals and place in the pan. Fry until tender, then remove. Now put in the seafood cocktail and for about a minute, fry it over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, green beans, bell peppers, carrots, herbs, and courgettes. Cook all ingredients for about seven to ten minutes. Add a little water if there is too little liquid. Pour the ready-made seafood and vegetable mixture with soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
You can choose another recipe. Defrost the seafood shake and put it in a colander, let all the liquid drain. Chop the garlic finely and fry it in one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Put the seafood cocktail in the pan and cover, leave for three to four minutes.
Step 4
Now season to prepare the main sauce. Combine pepper, one teaspoon of brown sugar and dried tomatoes, two tablespoons of lime juice, olive oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, and then add two tablespoons of creamy sour cream. Now you can mix the seafood cocktail and the sauce. Top with sesame seeds.
Step 5
You can fry a seafood cocktail in another way. Defrost, wash and dry the seafood thoroughly. Take a chili pepper and remove all the seeds from it, then chop finely. Chop six garlic cloves. Melt 100 g of butter in a frying pan, add chili and garlic. Grill over high heat for about two minutes.
Step 6
Now put the seafood cocktail in the pan. Fry the mixture over high heat. Pour the excess broth into a separate bottle and use it later for other purposes. Add one tablespoon tomato paste, chili powder to taste, brown a little more.
Step 7
Put two teaspoons of zest and lemon juice, herbs in the mixture. Sprinkle lightly on cooked seafood with any strong drink and lightly ignite. Wait until the alcohol has completely burned out. Seafood cocktail is ready.
