You can buy delicious seafood in a marinade in the store, but you can marinate a seafood cocktail so that it turns out to be no worse than a store one, you can also at home.

- slice of lemon;
- 1 tbsp soy sauce;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 small onion;
- 2 tbsp dry white wine;
- half a red chili;
- 20 g butter;

1. Thaw the seafood mixture (squid, shrimp, mussels, cuttlefish and octopus tentacles), drain them in a colander and let the water drain. Grind all ingredients to the size of mussels or shrimp, so that all the ingredients in the cocktail are the same size.

2. Prepare the seafood shake marinade: Combine soy sauce and lemon juice. Pour the resulting mixture over the seafood and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

3. While the seafood cocktail is marinating, chop the onion and garlic, and cut the chili peppers, peeled from partitions and seeds, into half rings. Fry everything together in a little vegetable oil.

4. Add the butter to the skillet and let it spread, then add the seafood and the marinade there. Pour in white wine and salt to taste. When preparing seafood, you should not use spices, as they can easily drown out the delicate taste of seafood. Simmer for 3 minutes. After the dish is ready, do not rush to remove it from the stove, but let it brew for 5 minutes so that the sea cocktail is saturated with marinade. Sprinkle the seafood generously with herbs of your choice, you can add finely chopped green onions to them.
