Many people refuse soup because they do not like first courses. However, you should not give up the soup with pork and beans. It turns out thick and satisfying, and prepares quickly and easily.

- - ghee or butter - 2 tbsp. l.

Step 1
First you need to cut the pork fillet into small pieces. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and fry the pork pieces.
Step 2
Peel vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Put potatoes in a saucepan and pour over broth, put on medium heat. Season the boiling broth with pepper and salt.
Step 3
Cut bell peppers, carrots and onions into thin strips. Heat a saucepan with oil. Add vegetables cut into strips and simmer until soft. Add canned beans.
Step 4
Remove the skins from the tomatoes. To do this, they must be scalded with boiling water. After that, you need to cut the tomatoes into large pieces and add to the stewpan to the rest of the vegetables, removing it from the heat.
Step 5
When the potatoes are done, add the fried vegetables and fillets to the pot. Cook for no more than 5 minutes. When serving, garnish the dish with herbs to taste.
