Rolls "Kimpap" are made from the most common ingredients, which are almost always in the refrigerator. You can please yourself with such a dish at any time, because connoisseurs of Japanese cuisine, for sure, always have in stock rice for sushi and nori seaweed.
It is necessary
- - rice for sushi
- - 50 g crab sticks
- - 1 sausage
- - 2 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
- - 1 carrot
- - 1 cucumber
- - 2 eggs
- - nori algae
- - 1 tbsp. l sugar
Instructions
Step 1
In a deep bowl, combine the rice vinegar and sugar. The mixture will become the so-called marinade for pre-cut carrots and cucumbers.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with a little salt and make an omelet, fried on both sides. Cut it into thin strips.
Step 3
Also cut the sausage and crab sticks into thin strips and fry a little in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Place the pre-cooked sushi rice on the nori sheet. Place a strip of cooked ingredients in the center - cucumber, carrots, omelet, crab sticks and sausage. Roll up the roll with a mat and cut it into equal parts. These rolls are perfect with spicy wasabi sauce and ginger.
