- - 1/2 pieces of tomato;
- - 1/2 piece of onion;
- - 50 g of white cabbage;
- - 50 g potatoes
Instructions
Step 1
Make two beef and lamb mince. Mix them, season with salt, pepper, add chopped parsley. Send it to the refrigerator.
Step 2
Remove the tails from the eggplant, cut lengthwise into circles no more than 1 cm wide. To remove the bitterness, put the slices in a large bowl, season with plenty of salt, fill with water.
Step 3
Stir to dissolve the salt, place a plate on top, submerging the eggplants in water. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Prepare your vegetables. Chop the peppers, tomatoes, cabbage and onions into small strips.
Step 4
If desired, fry the vegetables in vegetable oil or leave fresh. Drain the darkened water from the eggplant, rinse under running water. Place in a colander, wait for the water to drain.
Step 5
Make 6 small balls out of minced meat, connect them with eggplant slices and pierce the kebab with a skewer or wooden skewer. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

However, kebabs can also be grilled or in a skillet. Prepare a side dish. Dry the peeled potatoes and cut into cubes.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it well, then put the potatoes. Stir immediately so that the butter evenly covers all the pieces.

To get crispy potatoes, do not spread them in a pan in large quantities. The potato layer in the saucepan should be no more than 5 cm. Continue cooking the side dish over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Stir occasionally (but not often) until a delicious golden hue appears. Season with salt before serving.
At your discretion, potatoes can be deep-fried.
