Pour the onions into it, cover and bring to full readiness, stirring constantly over low heat. The bow should turn out to be a beautiful golden hue. While the meat is fried, boil the buckwheat. To do this, rinse the cereals thoroughly in cold water, pour into boiling water, salt and cook over low heat, without stirring until fully cooked. Once the buckwheat has completely absorbed the water, remove it from the heat, add a little butter and leave under the lid for 10-15 minutes. On a wide dish, put a portion of buckwheat porridge, fried meat with onions on top and serve.

Option number 2 Rinse the pork thoroughly in cold water, dry with a paper kitchen towel and cut into small cubes, put in a cauldron and stew in a little water. Add well washed cereals, stir, add salt, spices and finely chopped onion. Pour water over low heat and bring to readiness.

Option number 3 Rinse the cereal in cold water and boil until half cooked. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into small pieces, fry over medium heat in vegetable oil, salt, pepper and put in porridge. Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry until golden brown. Transfer to meat and buckwheat, add a little water, put on a small heat and simmer until fully cooked under the lid. If you wish, you can add a little tomato paste, then this dish will look like goulash.
