Minced meat will ennoble the insipid taste of buckwheat; you can make a casserole from what is at hand.
It is necessary
- Boiled buckwheat - 200 gr
- Raw eggs - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 onion
- White bread - 3 slices
- Milk - 1 glass
- Minced meat (chicken, pork, beef, homemade) - 400 gr
- Tomato paste - 2-3 tablespoons
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil for mold lubrication - 1 tablespoon
- Baking dish
- Microwave
Instructions
Step 1
Break the white bread into pieces and soak in a separate plate, pouring a glass of warm milk, for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the onion into squares. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet and fry it. Add boiled buckwheat, lightly fry everything together.
Next, combine the soaked bread and minced meat. Pre-drain the excess milk from the plate.
I had minced chicken, but you can use any other. If the minced meat is ready, we roll it with bread once, if you do it yourself - twice. It turns out minced meat with bread of a rather liquid consistency, it can be spread with a spoon.
Now grease the baking dish with oil. Mix one egg with buckwheat porridge with onions, add salt and pepper to taste and put it all in a mold. This is the first layer of the casserole.
Then add the egg to the minced meat, also add salt and spices, put on top of the buckwheat. It turns out the second layer of the casserole.
Step 3
Prepare the casserole in the microwave. First, we set the microwave 600 W mode, 10 minutes. Then we add power to 900 W, another 10 minutes. 2 minutes before the end, we stop the microwave, grease it with tomato paste on top and send it to cook to the end.
For dinner, I had a meat casserole with my unloved husband and daughter buckwheat ready. As such, they ate everything at once! The porridge was saturated with meat juices, all together made up an airy, tender, appetizing, but at the same time hearty dish!
