Boil and cool chicken meat (preferably breast). Cut into small strips. Peel and cut the pineapple into cubes. Canned sliced food can be used. Add fruit to meat.

Grate Dutch cheese, preferably finely grated. Squeeze all the garlic to it. Chop the dill finely and add to the cheese too. Sprinkle the cheese mixture with ground black pepper. Add a little salt if necessary. Put mayonnaise into the mixture and stir.

Combine the prepared cheese mass with meat and pineapples. Stir gently again. Place watercress leaves on a dish. Top with spicy salad.

Spicy salad recipe in Russian

Ingredients:

- half a kilo of carrots;

- 200 grams of black radish;

- ½ teaspoon of ready-made grated horseradish;

- 1 onion;

- sunflower oil;

- salt.

To soften the spiciness of the salad, you can season it with sour cream instead of butter.

Peel the carrots. Take a coarse grater and grate it. Do the same with black radish. Peel the onions. Rinse in cold water. Cut randomly.

Put carrots, radishes, onions and horseradish in a salad bowl. Salt to taste and pour over with vegetable oil. Stir all ingredients. Such a salad is able to enrich with vitamins, protect against colds and tone the body.

Bean extravaganza salad

This original spicy salad comes from Mexican cuisine. To prepare it, you should take:

- 400 grams of green beans (green and yellow);

- 1 can of beans (red);

- 1 small bunch of green onions;

- 1 pod of hot chili;

- 1 bunch of lollo rosso salad;

- 200 ml mustard dressing.

For salad dressing, you can use ready-made Dijon sauce, which is available in stores.

Wash and strand the beans. Cover with water and salt. Boil for 15 minutes. Drain the water through a colander. Rinse with cold water. Cut each pod into two or three pieces.

Tear lettuce leaves into pieces. Cut green onions and chili peppers into thin rings. Drain the brine from canned red beans and rinse with water. Gently mix all the components of the salad and season with mustard dressing.
