  2. pour tea into boiled water, add spices with spices, including cardamom and nutmeg, sugar and honey; put on fire and let it boil for a couple of minutes;
  3. then pour berries, chopped apples, lemon rings into the resulting drink; leave to cook under the lid for about 5 minutes; then remove the container with grog from the stove without removing the lid, wrap it in a warm blanket and leave for half an hour.

For cooking you will need:

  • ground ginger, cinnamon and cloves - 2 small spoons each;
  • black tea without impurities - 3-4 dessert spoons;
  • water for the base - 4 glasses;
  • flower honey - 2 tablespoons;
  • lemon.

Preparing this homemade grog is very simple: grind the lemon together with the zest, add the lemon and the rest of the ingredients in a small saucepan, excluding honey for now, mix everything well with each other; put a saucepan on the stove, pour water into it and boil well; remove from heat, cover the container with a lid and leave to languish, infuse for half an hour; after the drink must be filtered and poured into glasses, adding a little warmed up flower honey for sweetness and a richer taste.

This recipe requires the following ingredients:

  2. pour spices with tea into hot water, stir;
  3. close the dishes with a lid and leave to brew for at least an hour;
  4. Strain the resulting non-alcoholic mulled wine well, pour into circles and add honey or sugar.

Non-alcoholic mulled wine recipe with cherry juice

You will need:

  • cinnamon and cloves - 2 each;
  • cherry juice - liter;
  • orange juice - a glass;
  • dried ginger - one pinch is enough;
  • sugar or honey to taste; in this case, it is recommended to replace ordinary granulated sugar with cane sugar, with which the taste of the drink will be brighter;
  • slices of citrus fruits for the decoration of the drink.

When all the ingredients are selected, you can start the cooking process. The cherry juice should be poured into a suitable container, put on the stove and heated, but not brought to a full boil.
