This roll is just yummy. It is quick and easy to prepare, and the simplest products are used.
It is necessary
- - 3 eggs;
- - 100 g of any hard cheese;
- - 100 g of mayonnaise;
- - 1 tbsp. semolina;
- - 300-350 g of minced chicken;
- - 2 large onions;
- - salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the minced meat and onions. Mix everything well. Set aside the semolina swelling mixture.
Step 2
Pass the chopped onion and chop it with a blender. Combine meat, chopped onions and spices. Knead the minced meat thoroughly. Lubricate the pastry paper with oil and pour the resulting mixture into it. Bake the omelet until golden brown in the preheated oven.
Step 3
When a ruddy color appears, remove the paper, and evenly distribute the minced meat on the surface of the dough and roll it into a roll. Wrap the roll in foil, bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Do not rush to take the finished dish out of the foil, let all the juices be absorbed into it. Cut the roll into pieces, garnish with herbs and serve.
