Chicken salad with omelette tape turns out to be tasty, satisfying and slightly spicy. A salad is being prepared from spicy Korean carrots, boiled chicken fillet, an unusual omelette ribbon and pickled onions.
It is necessary
- - 300 grams of chicken fillet;
- - 100 grams of onions;
- - 200 grams of Korean carrots;
- - vegetable oil;
- - 3 eggs;
- - mayonnaise;
- - 3 tbsp. 6 percent vinegar;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, wash, cut it into thin half rings.
Step 2
Place the onion in a container, pour the mixture of vinegar and 3 tablespoons of water. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cook for about 20 minutes after boiling.
Step 4
Prepare an omelette ribbon. Whisk the egg and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Step 5
Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil.
Step 6
Pour in the egg and fry it. Then turn over and fry on the other side.
Step 7
Fry the remaining two eggs in the same way. Place them in pancakes on top of each other.
Step 8
Roll into a roll, cut into thin strips 50 millimeters wide.
Step 9
Disassemble the chicken fillet into fibers, so the salad will turn out more delicious.
Step 10
Drain the vinegar from the onion. Add omelette tape, carrots, chicken fillet to it.
Step 11
Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
