It is necessary
- - egg - 6 pcs.;
- - milk - 1/3 cup;
- - chicken fillet - 300 g;
- - nuts - 100 g;
- - prunes - 75 g;
- - onions - 1 pc.;
- - hard cheese - 100 g;
- - mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
- - salt and black pepper to taste;
- - vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender. Remove with a slotted spoon and let cool. Dry the chicken with a paper towel and cut the meat into strips.
Step 2
Pour hot water over the prunes and leave for 25 minutes. Dry the swollen prunes and cut into strips.
Step 3
Beat eggs and add milk to them. From the resulting milk and egg mass, fry an omelet in a small amount of vegetable oil. Let it cool and cut into strips.
Step 4
Peel the onion, cut it into thin half rings. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Chop the nuts (walnuts, peanuts or hazelnuts are suitable for preparing this salad), fry them in a dry hot frying pan.
Step 5
Combine all prepared ingredients, mix, salt and pepper. Place the salad on a flat plate with a slide, place a grid of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
