Baked mackerel is delicious. And if you add spinach and potatoes, you get a dish on your own.

2 mackerels, 0.5 kilograms of potatoes, 100 grams of spinach, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 50 milliliters of mayonnaise, 2 cloves of garlic, olive and vegetable oil, salt to taste

Step 1
Cut the mackerel, remove the entrails and rinse.
Step 2
Pass the garlic through a garlic press. Finely chop the spinach. Combine spinach with mayonnaise and garlic, stir well.
Step 3
Stuff the mackerel with the resulting mixture. Place the fish on a greased baking sheet.
Step 4
Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until half cooked. Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into rings and the carrots into strips.
Step 5
Place the potatoes on top of the fish and carrots and onions on top. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the fish for 20-25 minutes.
