It is necessary

  • - 400 g of butter;
  • - 600 g flour;
  • - 250 g of sugar;
  • - 500 g of peaches;
  • - 400 g lingonberries;
  • - cinnamon, salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Gradually add 500 grams of flour to a glass of warm water. Salt a little and knead a fairly stiff dough.

Step 2

Rub the butter with a tablespoon, while removing the resulting water, then put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3

On a pre-prepared table, sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough 1, 5-2 cm thick. Put chilled butter in the middle and fold the dough into an envelope. Leave it in this state for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

Roll out the dough again to a thickness of 1.5-2 cm. Put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Repeat this technique 4-5 times. This way you can prepare the puff pastry yourself.

Step 5

Wash the fruit well and remove the seeds. Peel the peaches. Cut them into small cubes and cover with sugar.

Step 6

Wash the lingonberries thoroughly and dry them on a cotton (paper) napkin. Add the berry to the chopped peaches.

Step 7

Divide the puff pastry layer into two parts. Roll one half onto a baking sheet, moisten it with cool water beforehand, then spread the filling evenly. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Roll the second part of the dough to the size of the first and cover your pie with it. Gently pinch the edges and prick the surface with a fork in several places so that the dough does not swell during baking.

Place your cake in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees. In 40-45 minutes it is ready! Remove it from the oven and let it cool for 15-20 minutes (cover it with a napkin during this time). A puff pastry with lingonberries is served to the table slightly warm as a dessert. Such a delicacy is not only tasty, but also healthy.
