It is necessary
- - chicken liver 1 kg;
- - mustard 2 - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - pickled tomatoes 3 - 4 pcs;
- - herbs, salt, spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour a little sunflower oil into the prepared stewpan and put on low heat.
It is not enough to add spices to the heated vegetable to taste: pepper, turmeric, basil, etc.
Step 2
Rinse defrosted liver, cut into slices, put in a saucepan and fry in spices over high heat until golden brown. Then you need to reduce the heat, add mustard and pour in a little water.
Step 3
Next, you need to continue to simmer the liver over low heat for 15 - 20 minutes, adding water if necessary. At the end of cooking, add pickled tomatoes (peeled) and dill, cut into pieces, into a saucepan.
