Everyone in my family is not indifferent to Kozinaki. I know many recipes for their preparation. I want to share some with you. These are oatmeal kozinaki and walnut kozinaki.
It is necessary
- Kozinaki from flakes
- - 1 glass of finely ground oatmeal,
- - 1/2 cup sugar
- - 100 g margarine,
- - 1 egg,
- - 2 tbsp. l. sesame seeds.
- Kozinaki from nuts
- - walnuts (peeled) - 1, 5 cups,
- - sugar -1/4 cup,
- - honey - 2/3 cup.
Instructions
Step 1
Oatmeal Kozinaki.
Pour the oatmeal on a dry baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 120 degrees for 10 minutes.
Pour the flakes onto a plate and cool.
Step 2
Chop margarine into cubes, grind with sugar. Add cooled flakes, sesame seeds. We drive in the egg.
Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the prepared mass on it, level it. We send the kozinaki to bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool the kozinaki before serving, cut into portions.
Step 4
Kozinaki from walnuts.
Lightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, chop with a knife.
Step 5
We make syrup from honey and sugar. To check its readiness, drip a little boiling syrup onto the match.
If the droplet becomes brittle when it cools, the syrup is ready. Pour roasted nuts into it. Cooking for
low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
Pour the hot mass onto a wooden cutting board sprinkled with water. We level with a spoon
surface. We cut the cooled layer into squares with a sharp knife.
