A very easy and quick recipe for cooking salmon in honey sauce. Simple ingredients, literally 20 minutes of wasted time, and the result is a dish that can surprise any gourmet with its delicate taste.
It is necessary
- - 900 g salmon;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 60 ml of honey;
- - 15 ml each of olive oil and white wine vinegar;
- - a spoonful of chopped thyme;
- - coarse salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C. In a cup, mix honey, squeezed garlic, olive oil, wine vinegar, thyme, salt and black pepper.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, put the salmon on it. Raise the edges of the foil and pour the sauce over the fish. Close the foil so that the sauce does not leak.
Step 3
We bake salmon with honey sauce for 15-20 minutes, serve immediately. You can use rice, vegetables or potatoes as a side dish.
